Founded in 2012 by Vidya Rao, a banker with over 25 years of experience in key account management, investment banking, and events, Happy Faces was born from her desire to combine professional expertise with her passion for music, sports, and socially relevant initiatives. Based in Bangalore, the firm offers consulting and management services to small and mid-sized companies, along with event curation and corporate sponsorship management for CSR initiatives supporting underprivileged communities.
In addition to investment banking and start-up funding advisory, Happy Faces provides consulting in go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and content-led communication, including Digital Marketing and PR services.
