Vidya Rao is the Founder and Director of Happy Faces, a boutique consulting, management and advisory firm that offer a gamut of services for the start-up eco-system since 2012. The firm also handles niche consulting projects in areas such as sport, music, entertainment and private investment. 

Vidya is an artist by soul and a philanthropist by nature. 

Her team comprises of like-minded people from different fields who have been supportive of her initiative. Leveraging a rich corporate experience of 25+ years and a degree in Economics, Vidya has successfully led several projects in CSR Funding, Brand Building, Marketing, Event Management, Advisory and Client Relationships. 

Vidya offers a unique combination of networking and consulting opportunities that help new age businesses scale up to the next level in terms investments and brand presence. Her corporate stint has been with leading companies in the Banking & Financial Services domain, including Standard Chartered, American Express, Karnataka Bank and Waterfield Advisors. 

She has also served as an Advisor to the Ambassador of Angola in India and Thailand.
